As per Executive Order No. 292, Chapter 11 (Official Reports), heads of the several branches, subdivisions, departments and agencies or instrumentalities of the Government shall prepare and submit annual reports to the President on or before the first day of July of each year.

The PMS-Monitoring and Evaluation Division is tasked to prepare the Department’s Annual Report.
